Jesse & Jeff have what I consider a “Garden of Eden in Oak Cliff”. After several decades of work and experimenting, their garden reflects a unique perspective on gardening using yard art, ponds, a vegetable garden and Japanese elements including a tea house to create a garden that is fun to explore or just to sit and observe nature.
Here are some photos from this garden: Additional photos are on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/rainbowgardenclub
This is the view from the front yard a mixture of shade plants and a pathway leading to the side entrance to the garden.
The entrance to the backyard features a number of masks lining the fenced entry.
Your first glimpse of the backyard features a number of flower beds, gravel walkways and a view of the pool. To the left is the Japanese teahouse & koi pond. To the right is another smaller pond and sitting areas around the pool.
The Japanese tea house and koi pond are one of the highlights of this garden.
This garden features a wide variety of blooming plants and plants with unusual textures. Each bed is connected by the gravel paths.
